Before your order is shipped, Loveweme has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

3. Order Tracking 

Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.

4. Tax collection

Our shop does not charge any taxes and fees. We only charge product fees and logistics fees. You can check the bill details on the payment page. If you are charged by the local post office, you will need to bear it yourself. We are not responsible for it.
